I wish I could leave a 0 review. They are rude, condescending, disrespectful and very difficult to deal with. Robin could not be more unprofessional and ignorant. I was never able to see Dr Wendell as I couldn't get past her horrible guard dog, Robin. For being a corporation in the field of brain issues they could not be more uncaring. Please steer clear of these awful people.
Got a call from them today, my dad's name finally reached the top and was able to have an appointment. I told the lady that, that was great however my dad has passed away from a brain bleed. She rudely said well, we don't diagnose brain bleeds here. Then said Goodbye. How rude.
Dr. Wendell is great! Calm, caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Any visit here is difficult because of the nature of the reason a person would be seen by Dr. Wendell but she puts you at ease. She asks questions in a non-threatening manner and seems to really be concerned about her clients. She also has a great sense of humor! The atmosphere in the office is very welcoming and you feel a sense of calm as soon as you open the door! Thank you Dr. Wendell for being such a calm strength during a difficult time.
