Maintenance is great! He’s very nice and quick. We do like our apartment. But some things need to change. The parking is ridiculous! Some apartments have 3-4 cars each. College apartments have so many and visitors coming taking up parking spots and our carports so residents can’t even park. owners do not clean up their dog poop. We pay too much to have to worry about not having a place to park when we get home and stepping in dog poop.
Im on my third year here, love our maintenance guy and the staff is helpful and nice. Friendly neighbors, pet and kid friendly. I wish we had more amenities for the kids but keeps it quiet so not complaining. My daughter rides her bike around with no issues. Love the carport parking especially in the winter. Great landscaping and snow removal. I recommend to everyone all the time, we love it here!

I'm very comfortable, love my apartment and feel safe. I enjoy my quiet times sitting outside and listening to the birds. Our section of Apartments look out for each other, and respect each other's space.
