Run! These homes are built horribly and Chesapeake does not care once they have your money. They yes you to death that they are coming to fix the problems and are never to be seen. We bought 11/18/2022. Definitely not our dream house it’s been our horror house. Shame on you Chesapeake builders!
Buyers Beware!! Unethical.....will tell you whatever you want to hear until you sign and then everything changes! Terrible customer service! All about lining their pockets and will say anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. Lies....lies.....and more lies!
Poorly constructed, cheapest material. Draftiest house I ever lived in. Ordered refrig thru them. Told them exactly what we wanted (Included filter for water) Told us not available. It was available in Home Depot and Lowes( Model was on floor), They installed one without filter and wrong color. (Must been in there warehouse) Will never ever deal with them.
