The people here are catty, mean, nosey and rude. Not ALL but most. The owner is even more of a jerk than the neighbors. He won’t let you decorate the front of your house, no plants, no flowers. Next, you can’t do or have anything around the house, the backyard is not yours, and the parking lot apparently doesn’t permit anything but cars! There is no freedom, and they want all this money for rent. DONT MOVE HERE!

I moved here back in September. This was the first apartment complex I settled on when I came here from Virginia Beach. I love this little beach at Buckroe. 🤗 I read a review about this complex before; the person who wrote it told of how she loved her apartment. I love this apartment too, especially my walk in closet. What I don’t like is the nosey neighbors. A woman who lives a few doors from me is a gossip; she told several people she knows that we are drug dealers. 😡😡😡 I haven’t been right since. I have been here for over 2 years now, and I love my apartment, and the property management staff is nice and understanding, they go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. However, if you are a younger woman, 20-40 years old. Don't move here!!! the place is perfect, but some of the older women who have been living out here for years treat you like dirt, act like they own the place, jealous, nosey, and hateful. "NOT ALL", but a more than a few.
