I hit a deer 2 weeks ago and they not only got me in for an estimate with in 2 days but the shop texted me every two days on the repait status. Plus it was ready a day early even washed and the inside was cleaned!!!

The lady was uninsured and had suspended licence. I demanded that I was allowed to have Chesapeake Collision in Huntingtown do my estimate. They are beyond any experience I have ever had. Wonderful customer service, they were so willing to work within my budget. The people were so pleasant and happy to help with my extras I threw in at the last minute. I would highly recommended them!
I can't say enough about this shop ... have used several times ... 2 deer hits and most recently for a minor accident repair that the other party was at fault. Not only did Chesapeake Collision do excellent work but they took care of dealing with the other insurance company that was less then helpful. Thanks again!
My daughter was working in Miami. Scheduled to return home for a friends wedding. Exactly one week before she is due to return home, her car is hit in the side! Door and quarter panel. I make a call the friday before she is to get home and spoke to Tanya. Tanya took all the vital info, looked at the pics and says she can get it done while she is home for her friends wedding.. Tanya pulled some magic and got the whole job done in 5 days! Impressed and grateful to the whole crew! Looks great! Thank you!
I don't generally do reviews but I have to say that CC did a great job on my truck. I want to especially thank Tanya for her attentiveness to me as a customer. I wish I could run into this kind of service wherever I go. She followed through not only the work her shop did but with the insurance co. and the car rental also. I highly recommend this shop for any body work that you may need. Thank you once again.
