Guys at Chesapeake collision did a great job color matching my truck turned out amazing
This place is a joke... They are very unprofessional. I dropped my truck off in Aug 8th...I was told that it would be done on the 15th then told it's not done it will be ready on the 18th... (Mind you they never called me with a update I had to call the�) So I called on the 18th to get a time I could pick my truck up just to be told it's not done..that my bumper was in paint.. The lady told me it would be done by the time they close and that I would get a phone call and that if I needed to I could pick it up Saturday... Well... read more
Wow. My prius was rear ended and they took everything out of my trunk and put in a box in May. I've been calling weekly and they keep telling me they are looking for the box. Now they are saying they lost the items that were in my trunk. I'm shocked. My stuff is gone. No apologies, no explanation.
Excellent! I have used the Huntingtown location many times over the years but recently had to use them twice in a 3 week period (Major hail damage on one car and paint damage from a sunroof exploding on another). Always quality repair and on top of that GREAT customer service, which I find hard to come by these days. I was very disappointed picking up my vehicle after it was fixed from an accident. The new bumper is beautiful. But, my van is shaking like it is having an epileptic seizure, which it wasn't before the accident. And, I am just supposed to accept that? I am going to get a signed statement from Mr. Tire in Edgewater, that serviced my van 5 days before my accident that will say that there was no shaking with my vehicle.
