not take over 6 weeks to fix a car and it is still not fixed and no response. so frustrating
Never went to this location I had an appointment ALL last week for an estimate only to call today confirming only to be told “we are understaffed”
The absolute worst customer service. I urge you please DO NOT trust this unprofessional, unorganized company with your vehicle!!!! I only went to Chesapeake collision, because they are affiliated with gieco. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks. Which I actually didn’t mind as long as they fixed everything correctly. RecommendedFabulous experience with my Subaru Outback. Utilizing my Geico insurance, I went to Chesapeake Collision via the Geico Express program which supplied me with an included rental SUV. I received daily text updates on where my car was in the process of completion. Staff was very professional. No surprises, additional costs, and check out was seamless. Truly an exceptional experience all the way around. AND my car was spotless. Priceless!!!!
They do not follow up. had car much longer than estimated. And did not even finish the job. You will have to call them they will not call you. I wanted to give a local Calvert county business a chance and I will never do that again. It's sad that we must go out of the county for adequate service. I'm in the process of filing small claims court because they did not finish my car to my satisfaction.
PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID AND USE THIS PLACE. Dropped our car off in the beginning of August for minor repair( bumper cover,tail light ,rear gate and trim) We were told it would be finished early the following week it’s now September 13 and no vehicle. I was given a pick up date via call and text 6 TIMES and then take off work to pick up the vehicle and it’s not ready.
