We had Joseph come out on November 19, 2018 to give us an estimate on installing a vent free fireplace. I was told we would have the estimate within a few days. It has now been over two months, and despite numerous calls to the company and messages left for both Joseph and the owner, we still have not received the estimate, nor a call back from the owner as requested. I would not recommend this company as their customer service is lacking.
