I have been an agent with Chesapeake Bay Realty for 10 years. Prior to this I was with two other National Franchise Companies. I am disappointed but not surprised at some of these reviews. I work with these agents daily and find them to be very responsive and professional. In my experience, the tenants who habitually pay late or not at all or do not take care of their homes are the first to complain and never accept blame. Absolutely amazing. I had the best experience renting a home from this company. the agent/owner is so great and helped me every step of the way. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews, they must have trashed the house to not get their security deposits back! 😳
