Absolutely the worse. They have bylaws yet refuse to act. Can't even get out of my driveway because they do not enforce parking. For 3 years I have complained about my neighbor having 5 dogs that bark and howl at all hours...again they do nothing. This company does not actually care about the homeowners on any level!! Sooo wish I had researched them better before purchasing my townhouse!!
One star is the only way I could right a review. This place is a joke. Thank you for nothing. Less than zero stars.

My mother has a property managed by Chesapeake Bay Management. I assist my mother, as she is quite elderly. These people at this company are absolutely clueless. This is a bureaucratic, unhelpful organization that sends out a gazillion emails in addition to making everything more difficult than it needs to be. I see why they have a low overall rating.
