I'm a long-standing customer of Playa Rana Condominium Association and I'm consistently frustrated by their outdated billing practices and terrible customer service. They don't have an online portal for bills, which is incredibly inconvenient. I even received a threatening legal action letter recently, despite being enrolled in automatic payments! Our HOA uses this company. I have had nothing but problems for the 7 years I have dealt with them. Takes weeks to get a response. Every year, the assessment goes up but we get less amenities/crappier landscapers. To top it off, the payment system they use is changed almost every year. Payments are due this week and I can no longer log in or find the HOA listed on their stupid smart street website which is linked on CBMs website.
