Our HOA uses this company. I have had nothing but problems for the 7 years I have dealt with them. Takes weeks to get a response. Every year, the assessment goes up but we get less amenities/crappier landscapers. To top it off, the payment system they use is changed almost every year. Payments are due this week and I can no longer log in or find the HOA listed on their stupid smart street website which is linked on CBMs website.
