I was incorrect in a previous review by not realizing I had misread question and answered incorrectly about number of drinks a day versed number of drinks per month. Needless to say I was upset when It looked like I had a drinking problem. I rushed to judgement and thought it was the office and gave a bad review. It was in fact me who answered the question to give the incorrect impression. Now I apologize and wish to give the office help and Dr an honest review which was a good experience.
They are up front about stuff which i love and they are all so nice and funny in the office
My wife called to schedule a baby for our 10 month old son. The purpose of the appointment was a tube consultation. She provided standard info over the phone, like his birthday. When the doctor came in for the exam she told me they don’t do surgery on babies this young and we’ll have to go somewhere else. Waste of time. Exam room looked like things hadnt been put away from the last patient.
Unhappy about visit. My son needed to have his ear tag checked and coordinator looked Iike we are bothering her. Doctor told us we will hear from them in two weeks. We didn’t and now I’m trying to call for 2 weeks and my phone is transferred to the voicemail.
