Unhappy about visit. My son needed to have his ear tag checked and coordinator looked Iike we are bothering her. Doctor told us we will hear from them in two weeks. We didn’t and now I’m trying to call for 2 weeks and my phone is transferred to the voicemail.
Kind of felt like a lab rat
Just an Outstanding and Great Visit. Takia Johnson was so helpful and a real joy, she took great care ensuring my son's need were met and was comforting to his anxiety during the visit.
I absolutely LOVE this location! Dr. Scott Saffold and his assistant Jo are amazing. I’ve been under their care for the past few months, and I have to say, this doctor is very compassionate and thorough in his work. He will definitely do all he can to help you and your case. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great ENT doctor. 🩷
The office staff are kind, patient, and attentive. I’ve never had a long wait or felt rushed during my appointment. Communication is top tier! After insurance battles, Jo was able to get my procedure approved and I couldn’t be more thankful for her. She has a warm smile that takes away any anxiety about having a scope shoved up your nose.
