I stopped by Cheryl’s on 12th while visiting from Atlanta and had such a great experience thanks to Christine! She wasn’t my server, but she went out of her way to bring me a drink and chat for a bit. She was warm, engaging, and offered great recommendations—the Portuguese fried rice (a favorite!), the French toast if you like something sweet, and her personal favorite, the corned beef hash. What I was ordered was tasty enough, but I wasn't served what was promised me. The huevos rancheros arrived minus the “fried eggs” and I didn’t realize it until the next day…boo hoo.
