The office was very welcoming and clean. The staff was nice and efficient. Dr. Moore was great she listened and was very patient with me I didn't feel like she was rushing me. I love the fact that you don't wait long to be seen and the doctor takes the time to listen to you.
Dr, Moore is a great doctor. She takes time to explain things to you, where you can understand what's going. I have recommended Dr, Moore to my family and friends.
I like Dr. Moore, I feel she listens to me and my problems and tries to help me with feeling better. However the wait time can be terrible. The first time I went I waited 1.5 hours to go back into the exam room and another 30 minutes until I actually saw her. Total time from the time I arrived until I left was 2.5 hours, which is unacceptable. The next couple times were much better. They seem to be constantly canceling appointments and trying to reschedule them a month later which doesn't work.
Have not had to schedule an urgent appointment. Do not like how appointments are scheduled. It is very difficult to speak with someone in the office. The prompts make me cray!
PRO: Dr. Moore is very thorough with exam. Does not appear rushed. Takes the time to answer your questions. Takes an interest in your overall health care including prevention. Willing to refer you a specialist as needed. CON: Extended wait time during office visit.
I really like Dr. Moore
Upside: She's a good Doctor. She's very thorough. She has no problem recommending you to a specialist. Downside: (These reasons prevent me from giving her 4 - 5 stars) There are no on-call Doctors to cover in her absence; which can be problematic at times. Waiting time (waiting & exam room) is usually 2 hrs or longer Her personality can be a little chilled at times (Maybe she don't want to see you, or maybe she's just having a rough day????)
Dr. Moore is professional, while being caring and compassionate. I am a long time patient, but appreciate how she interacts on a professional basis but with genuine interest in seeing me healthy.
My initial visit was very good. I found Dr. Moore to be very kind, supportive and knowledgeable. She took time with me, and was interested in both my physical well being and me in as a person.
