I love Dr. Moore, Dr. Moore has been my Doctor for 15 years. I wish she stayed with Providence. My wait time wasn't as long there. I feel that my time is valuable also. I can't sit in the doctors office for 3hrs because of overbooking appointments. How can 5 people have the same appointment time when they're seeing the same doctor?
She is a good Dr.. Terrible bedside manners.
I have basically been a hermit in my home due to my pain. This doctor found a combination of meds that relieved my pain & for the 1st time in yrs I went to Walmart shopping! He has changed my life. Thank you Dr. Masternick!
Great Doctor!
I love the personal attention you receive once you see Dr. Moore. However, her reception staff is terrible. They are always irritable. Probably because the patients are always irritable because we have to wait so long to see the Dr. I had to wait 2 hours the last visit, before I finally left without seeing the Dr. Unfortunately, I am going to have to find another Dr. I will consult with Dr. Moore and ask her to refer me to another Doctor.
Dr. Cheryl Moore actually listens to you and work with you. She's friendly and doesn't try to make you do something you're not going to do. Her staff is friendly and helpful and the office is always clean.
Dr. Moore, and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive to your personal concerns, especially Dr. Moore, who listens to her patients, in my experiences does not just brush you, or your questions off, and in my opinion wants her patients healthy, whole, happy, I am excited that she is my physician, Thank you, and your staff for caring.
I have been with Dr. Moore for some years now, she is always attentive and thoughtful regarding my care.
Dr Cheryl Moore is pleasant, patient, warm, and accommodating. Dr. Moore takes the time to listen to your concerns, questions and inquiries about your health. I find it very important that she will take time to find information that is not available concerning your health and care and replies as quickly as possible. You don't find that often! The staff is always pleasant and professional and gives the senior patients extra attention.
