When I first started seeing Cheryl I was brand new to therapy of any kind and right from the first meeting she made me feel comfortable and safe to share. I often struggle to pinpoint my emotions in given situations and Cheryl expertly guided me to discover not only what those emotions were but the source. Then she helped me plan practical strategies and resources to use as i worked through my mental health struggles. I am much better equipped to handle life changes and mental health dips thanks to her help!
