Dr. Ledford explained diagnosis and treatment well. Consultation didn't feel rushed and she addressed additional concerns.
The east side location allows you to sit in the waiting room, instead of waiting in the car ... office spacing allows for social distancing. Office is comfortable, staff is friendly and courteous. MA listened while I explained my symptoms, all the while, as she typed this information into the computer for the Dr to review. Dr. Ledford was calm, knowledgeable, cogent, and compassionate. Most importantly, she listened and answered all my questions factually, and then explained my course of treatment clearly.
