This woman is in the wrong practice. She put her ice cold hands on my already irritated and swollen back with a ruptured T12, swollen L 1-L5 vertebrae, bone spurs since Dec 15. When I started to cry from the pain she said "I didn't even touch you that hard". When I was supposed to get a 7.5mcg buttrans patch she lowered it to 5mcg. Office didn't send prior authorization. It's now been 48 hrs of 24 hrs for return phone call. This woman was cruel.
