RecommendedGrateful to have Team Ferry with us during the home-buying process. Jenni Holthus sent us a text, "this is perfect house for your family but you need to move fast," and she was right. Home-buying during a pandemic was uncharted territory. Even though it seemed like the world was falling apart and our loan agency wasn't doing their part. We loved working with Cheryl and her team! They work efficiently and always had our best interest in mind. We never felt like a burden if we had to ask questions or needed help. We looked at a house at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning and found out that an offer had already been made so we would need to make a competing offer by Noon. Cheryl's team went straight to work and we were able to make the offer and secure the house. We are so grateful and we love our house! We knew they had our back the entire process.
