I have been seeing Dr. Bansal for years and have always been completely satisfied with all her services. I recently starting treatments with Rose and I am thrilled. She is amazing!! Not only is she incredible at what she does but she's so friendly and personable. I just love this office.
Waited months for a first time patient appointment with Dr. Bansal. She was rude, standoffish, and gave me about 15 minutes of her time rushing through. Asked about the use of anti-aging prescription topical treatments and she gave no guidance whatsoever on how to incorporate into my skincare routine. She just signed off on a script for the strongest dosage and walked out of the room. Stay away from this practice. Bedside manner is awful. Follow up appointment for my daughter was already scheduled for October, yesterday i call to ask why I didn't receive my text message regarding it, the month is almost to end. Gave necessary information the receptionist kept putting me hold , returning n saying they don't have my daughters' chart nor her information.
