The reason I gave her three is she was basically in and out of the room. And did not tell me anything about the things that I needed to do. Also did not tell me that she was retiring. Which is fine because I usually see dr. Robert lapenna but I don't like driving to Kalamazoo so I will be seeing William lapenna in Battle Creek.
I trust Cheryl with my life, being a heart patient. She really cares and listens to what I have to say regarding my heart. Cheryl is truly a professional. I can't think of anyone else I would have treating me.... Honestly
