My dad has had very poor physical care; the attendants did not notice his pneumonia or his ear infection, my elderly mom had to make all arrangements for his care. Y'all need to hire employees that can speak ENGLISH, to which residents & their families can understand them, when they speak. I know that was very frustrating for my mother. It's also frustrating to call from out of state, to be passed from one employee to the next, in order to be able to understand them. We enjoyed meeting many of the employee's while we were there to visit, but consistency for the residence didn't apply. Train your staff properly! Maybe you can train them to answer the phone when the nurse is calling over and over again instead of lying in the recliners in front of the TV🤬
praying for the residents at your facility that have contracted the Covid19 virus. My mama is one of them. I am so worried about her. wish I could come see her. The aids have always been great in taking my mama the phone so I can talk to her, as I live down in Tennessee. I miss talking to her. Hopefully this will all end soon.
Beginning with the front desk, to the management team, to housekeeping, to the kitchen, to the nurses and care staff and everyone that keeps this amazing community running smoothly - Great Job! Everyone has been going above and beyond during this challenging time. This place was amazing before and even more amazing now. Thank you.
