This apartment complex seemed to be a great steal. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, and the rent was extremely affordable. However after 4 years, and break in, I decided to move and was hit with a steep move out fee. It is my conclusin that the apartment complex/Mid Ohio Development Corp tried to recover the expenses they shelled out when I insisted that they install an alarm after the burgulary. My aprtment was left in stellar condition, I dont have kids, and I travel for work a majoroty of the time...needless to say... read more
