Worst experience ever! Stopped in with my grandson to get him a treat. The girl working (Mari) tried to charge us $4.41 when my grandson added a scoop of some king of beed. He is 7 years old and his dessert ended up costing me almost $11.00. This place is a rip off and they need to work on their ppl skills! I wish there was something I could have done! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS ONE, TOO GREEDY!

Hi Rhonda! We appreciate your feedback. Our pricing is based upon the weight that is inside of the cup. Your first transaction was processed for your grandsons cup. He ate out of his purchased yogurt then went back to the topping bar and started adding more. Unfortunately, due to health code regulations you can not reuse cups that have already been eaten out of. I had three gift cards that didn’t work and they went above and beyond to try to get them to work. They even issued me new cards when they couldn’t get them to work. Great service.
Truly, my kids love coming to Cherry Berry. As a parent of kids with food sensitives, I like that they have 1-2 excellent dairy free options and often their labels list other common allergens as well. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We will be back.
To our surprise when swinging through on our first stop at Cherry Berry about 11:30 to find it didn't open till 12. As we were making our way back to the car..the owner said he couldn't see the kids upset and turned the lights on @ let's us in. Thanks again we will be back!
