Went tonight with my boyfriend when we got there at 10:30 and they had already shut off the open sign and began cleaning all the stuff up. I get it was half hour before close but there weren't even spoons for the toppings. We ended up walking outside and sat and ate. At 10:40 they locked the doors and denied a family from coming in. Bathroom was horrible... no soap... no working paper towels... and urine everywhere... looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.
I'd give CherryBerry five stars if I liked the taste of shit.
I like cherryberry a lot but every time I come in, the employees are either on their phones or sitting in the back on stools on their phones. Often times, a girls boyfriend will be there sitting on the counter while she checks people out. There's also music playing with explicit words, so I'm assuming the employees can pick music. Last time I was there, one employee went out the back to let another employee in and there was no employees in the store for several minutes..
the yogurt etc at cherry berry is delicious.. but the workers on the other hand make it difficult to enjoy my visit. every time i have gone there one of the workers boyfriends or friends are standing by the counter chatting it up with the worker. totally understandable that this may be a fun job for high school ages but their social life does not need to get in the way. tables aren't getting cleaned && it's very awkward walking up to the cash register knowing you'll be interrupting a conversation.
Always a new adventure. I love choosing new flavor combinations and toppings!
The yogurt is great. But I wish they would hire some people who are a little more friendly.
