Do not use them they think they know whats best for your child than you do and they refuse to send medical records over to a new Doctor when you get one and all they want is the money
From the front window, to the examination rooms, this pediatric doctors office is full of professional, kind and considerate staff/doctors. My children always feel comfortable here. Awesome place!
I called back in December to see if my son needed shots or a check up. They told me no. Not until his next birthday (July) when I took his shot records to the school the school told me he was behind by 4 shots! Today they left me a message saying my son was due for shots in February.. We tried to make this pediatrician's office work but ended up deciding to switch after a year. We like Dr. Pattan but it is virtually impossible to get an appointment with him. Dr. Schaff ignored symptoms that my newborn was having that we eventually found out were caused by a dairy intolerance and reflux. He was even condescending acting like we were being paranoid new parents. Yesterday I took my daughter to see Dana I am very disappointed. I told her my daughter had bronchitis because we have the same symptoms and I'm sure that is what I have ....she said well I will call her in a cough syrup which she never did later that day I went to med express for myself I have upper respiratory infection and bronchitis, and my daughter has the same symptoms as me .....she needs an antibiotics ....Dana spent a total of maybe 2 minutes in the room with us ....you need to listen to the parents more
Dr shaft is a really awesome doctor he always makes sure your child has the best care
Ever since my son was born he threw up every where. Every time he ate. (Formula) the older he got the worse the vomiting got. He had eczema so bad he was digging at his hands, legs and feet causing open sores and scabs. Of course it took them MONTHS. To even realize it was eczema to begin with. I repeatedly asked for them to check him for allergies and they wouldn't all they did was switch his formula 6 times before he finally turned a year old and refused to drink milk.
