On Valentines day 2012 they delivered my husbands gift basket to the wrong house and left it on the back porch of this house ALL DAY. I had to call them at 5 that night and ask where it was. The delivery guy was wandering our neighborhood trying to find our house and finally delivered it at 6:60pm...it was ordered at 8:38am Meanwhile, my husband ordered an arrangment for me, that morning, unknowing it was the same florist I was going through.
