I recently moved out of state and needed my records for various doctors to look over and for my own personal records. It has been a horrific experience trying to get my records! I have called three times and talked to numerous people BUT I still do not have access to my records.The office staff have been incredibly rude and in fact when I asked one lady for copies of my records she replied with “they aren’t your records they are the doctors” I love the doctors there BUT this experience has destroyed any positive experience I... read more
