Drew is very honest and upfront. He is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable.
I called on 2 separate occasions, one to fix my tiller and another to fix my mower. Flat out refused to fix either one and told me it wasn’t worth bringing my equipment out to Ankeny. I was recommended by a friend, but it appears if you don’t live in Ankeny you’ll get discriminated against for not being from that side of town! Telling me my $750 electric start AWD drive mower wasn’t worth the $200 to fix it was absolute bs. I will never recommend anyone to you.
Same day service on my snowblower. Picked it up and delivered it back. It has never run better.
I would definitely recommend Cherry Street Service! Knows what he is doing and after my snowblower sat for years he was able to get it up and running like new in no time!
Drew picked up our snowblower, repaired it, and returned in within 24 hours. He was friendly, knowledgable, and great at communicating what exactly was wrong and how to prevent the same issue from happening again. We signed up for his maintenance program for our our snow blower and lawn mower. Highly recommend Cherry Street Service!
Top notch service. Picked up my non-running snowblower in the morning and had it running like new and delivered early evening same day. Also Very informative on preventive maintenance on my snow blower to keep it running.
