RecommendedThe place is nice and cozy, great options for furniture, can either bring your own mattress or is provided, the same goes with the desks. Close to west campus and other buildings for non-engineering majors. Also is pretty quiet around here.
If they don’t lie and overcharge
Cherry Street Apartments are locating perfect for engineering students at Texas A&M my furthest class is within a 15 minute walk from the building. While it’s locating within Northgate, it’s setback a bit making the apartment complex quiet even on the loudest Thursday and Friday nights! The management are willing to answer any questions you might have about moving in, daily life, and they are quick with fixing problems in your apartment.
After living here for a year, it is by far the best apartment complex in College Station. The 2x2's are wonderful with huge bathrooms and closets. It is a walkable distance to campus as well as football games. That itself saves you a BUNCH of money. It is a small community so management knows your name which makes it very personable. They really do care about you! It is very close to Northgate which is another plus, and it is not loud at all. Nothing negative to say about this place!!!
Building and pool are amazing, office staff and maintenance is great too!
Cherry Street Apts has been my home for past two years in College Station. I give it 5 stars due to its excellent quality property and beyond excellent management staff. Cristy has been the best leasing manager I have ever encountered in many different apartments and managing staff. The apartment itself is closely located from Northgate, so it is convenient to grab a drink after a busy week. But it is also not too close that it's quiet if you want to stay in. I had a FANTASTIC experience living at Cherry Street, and would easily do it again if I weren't graduating. Of my 4 years living off-campus, this was (by far) my favorite place, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering. This is a review for their 2bed/2bath unit. I absolutely love living here. Cristy, the property manager, has treated me so wonderfully. I have never lived in such a well run apartment before. If you put in a maintenance order, they will come fix whatever it is so quickly. Someone is always in the office to help you, picking up packages is easy, and they know your name. To top it all off, my apartment is gorgeous. It is not cheaply made like most college apartments. I love leaving for my 8am class at 7:45am because the walk to campus is so short.
