This company promises good work, but does not deliver. My roof was done 8 years ago, by (John).A couple of weeks after the roof was done it started to leak. Several employees have been here, trying to plug this leak with no luck. After it rains here comes the leak. So I decided to call it quit with this place. I called Challenger Roofing and Marcos came over looked at what needed to be done and plugged the leak in 10 minutes. Something that Cherry Roofing could not do in 8 years. Now what does that tell you.

Unless you are a new owner of cherry Roofing you are fully aware of the entire story as my attorney conferred to you. I was charged $4,500 for a single simple leak in a skylight. The incompetence of cherry Roofing Crow destroyed that entire side of my roof. Eventually I had to get a reputable contractor to do the entire side and of course pay for it. Both father and son of cherry Roofing denied any responsibility for the damage they caused. Again feel free to contact me if you want the details of this Horror Story.

I paid CHERRY ROOFING (3901 SW 40th Ave Hollywood FL 33023) the first payment on July 6th 2017 to replace my roof. I made it clear to them that I was hiring them to permanently resolve leaks in my roof and that time was of essence. After paying them 85% of the total amount they stopped working and returning my calls, texts and emails. Cherry roofing replaced our 63 year old tar and gravel roof. We heard many horror stories on once a roofer got your job it took many calls to have them complete the roof. Cherry roofing showed up when they said they would and worked for 2 1/2 days removing the old roof and replaced rotten wood. Cherry's work crew were professional and courteous. John Cherry himself got up on my roof and assessed the damage. I called him for a re-roof. Which would have been about $7000. He said save your money your roof still has 3 to 5 years. Then he advised me call the building dept. to verify the age of the roof, John was spot on, roof was only 16 yrs old. He did advise me of some issues, which were taken care of with before and after pictures. Final cost $500. Now on too the next project with money to spare! Thanks John and The Cherry Crew.

I had great results from customer service to doing a Re-Roof on my home here in Miami Shores. Everyone was great. Good Job. My roof was 36 sq. tile roof.
