I’m outside from Terry point almost 2 years ago. Got at home. Put it down. And it grew. Then the weeds came up through it. It had weeds in that germinated. I treated it so much with weed killer, that I lost about a third of it. The weeds came up in about three weeks after it was laid. Went out talk to them about it and would not talk about a refund or replacement. Don’t recommend them.
Don’t waste your time with them. The person who answers the phone is the only one in the office to help you and her attitude is very unpredictable. Things may turn out the way mine did. They sold my sod to someone else with a larger order and did not bother to let me know until my landscrapers had almost arrived. We have been buying from Cherry Point since 2002 and have bought from other farms in the area. They have the best service and a quality product. We have never had a problem getting our sod or refunds on pallets, but we do keep our invoices and bring them with the pallets as requested. We also return phone calls from them in a timely manner to make sure we get our sod. Like any business I guess you can't make everybody happy but they always take care of our needs.

I have had nothing but a good experience with everyone at Cherry Point. They may want a receipt but at least they will refund your deposit for pallet. Great value and customer focus will keep me comimg back.
Pay the extra money and go to Winstead Turf Farms. Cherry Point has business rules that aren't customer friendly. If you loose your receipt they won't give you your $5.00 pallet fee back. Their computer system is by invoice # only and not by your name and address. So when you call be prepared to deal with an unfriendly receptionist and owner that would rather loose your business than change their way of doing business.
worst sod farm in the memphis area – Very poor customer service we have an ongoing complaint that has never been resolved, managers will not return our calls. The front desk admin woman is quite possible the rudest person I have had the misfortune to have a "dialogue" with, she was more interested in getting out the door than cooperating with customers, perhaps some sales training is required on her part. We tried to explain to the customer that once your grass is established that it has to be treated by them or a weed spray company to keep it weed free. We have to treat the grass here on our farm and it has to continue to be treated to keep it weed free which is why we have so many spray company's in this area. They could have verified this by calling any other sod farm and asking a few questions. It does not matter who they got thier sod from they would eventually have weeds if left untreated.
