It's official!!
Charlotte is extremely disrespectful. They take forever to fix things and if they do fix it Its done half way as if they workers are drug addicted. There homes are falling apart and infested with roaches and mice. I have rented from them at two different occasions and regret it completely. I will never rent from them again or refer any rents or home owners to them.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I've only been living at the place I have been now for a few months and my fiancee and I dont like it at all. So I called up Cherry Lane Realty Inc to set up a date to look at a place, they asked for all of this unnecessary information, and the secretary said that I had to wait until the next day to speak to the manager. Never Again – When I Moved In They Seemed So Nice As If They Were Going To Help Me But I Was Totally WRONG, First Before I Even Moved In Things Needed To Be Fixed, and I Told Them That But Ive Been There For Eight Months Now And Only About 1 thing Out Of 50 Has been Fixed.!!!!! The Only Reason Im Staying is Because I Want My Security Deposit back BUT I Will NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY ARE THE WORSE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE! steer clear of this place unless you want to live in a dump and get blamed for everything the a previous tenant did. Very rude staff too, you will get no where by calling them. BAD BAD service, just plain horrible company
