My mother has been in this building since 2016 and when she first got here a resident told her that if she don’t talk to people she would have a hard time living here. Oh and she was right since then my mother had been accused of many things. I visit and they accuse me of living there simply because most of the people are nosy and don’t get visitors. If I could have gave 0 stars I would have staff very disrespectful towards the elderly I mean attitudes everyday I'm on getting my mother out of this jail for the elderly place new staff needed asap smh

My grandmother moved into Cherry Hill Senior Apartments maybe 2 or 3 years ago. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Since then, staff has always changed. No one is NEVER in the office for assistance. No one NEVER answers the phone. The one time I did see staff in the office while visiting my grandmother, the lady got on the phone, never greeted me or attempted to put the call on hold to assist me so I left.
