Office staffs are great but .... The office staffs working in the leasing office are great and very helpful. (5 stars for their great staffs) However, maintenance guys are not helpful at all. If something is wrong with your apartment and you need help, it takes forever to be fixed. (1 star is more than enough for their maintenance)

Cherry Hill Apartments The building is old, patchwork is visible, also leakage. Floors creak loudly, no modern updates. Cheaply repaired throughout. Window box air conditioning and boiler heating, does not heat at all in winter. Air comes in through patio windows, have to cover them in plastic. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Staff is barely visible and maintenance puts a band aid on the problem.
