The “service manager” Ben is the most condescending rude person I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with . This place has a bad feeling about it. I had the worst experience when I had a Mercedes from this dealership
After an extensive search for the perfect car, I thought I had found it at Cherry Hill Imports. Since the dealership is 300 miles away, I was very thorough in performing my due diligence in regards to the car. After agreeing upon a price, I purchased a one way ticket and flew into Philadelphia airport. The dealership provided a Lyft to the dealership and the car was seemingly perfect.
