AWESOME PLACE
The worst dental clinic with rude staff at front desk and a doctor who only wants to make money from you ……. Have never experienced such rude staff …..
Before arriving I heard this location was not good but I wanted to try for myself. Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life going to a dentist. The employee Michelle gave an attitude while doing X-rays after waiting 40 minutes from my scheduled time. I will be transferring to Deptford Dental.
These 5 stars must be new people. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't follow through and I dare you to tell me different.
They took my tooth out. They aren't finishing my dental implant. I have been calling for months they just canceled my appointment and told me "THEY WILL CALL ME TO REAPPOINT" I have not received a reason as to why I can't give them my money to finish the process. This is wrong and I work at a hospital. It's been a full year. Countless office managers never calling back. Now my teeth could shift. My self confidence is gone.
