Was a great place to live when renting and maintenance was great. When they renovated and sold now there are too many people smoking inside and it smells disgusting not to mention not healthy with all the second hand smoke🤮 Otherwise a nice place to live.
Very quiet community with beautiful grounds in the spring/summer. Very safe neighborhood. A healthy mix of owner-occupied and rented units. Mostly occupied by working professionals.
I came here with my brother and his friend to help move in. The inside of this condominium is very nice. They have 2 bedrooms a bathroom a kitchen and a medium size living room. There is no backyard or front yard to this place. They do have parking in the back of this condominium. The parking lot is small. There is no handicap accessible entrance inside this place. They have like 3 floors of just condominiums. You can either buy the condominium that your living in or rent it out.
