My daughter and I enjoy the work out area on site safe secured and clean then after we do our workout sets we go just through the glass doors to the bathroom rinse off in the full shower and then CANNON BALL straight into the pool ........ Never Icy water always very nice instead of a body shock ... the facility is very clean and well maintained and the staff is very polite and pretty laid back real comfortable family atmosphere
