Went in for a cavity, left with a cavity and my neck numbed out so much i couldn’t eat or drink for hours after. When I arrived the receptionist seemed upset that I was there and kept ignoring me to be on her phone or talk to her coworkers. I just want to say I could not appreciate y’all more. We lived through hard times with health care and dental work before and the level of care, access, and quality is night and day to what it was 20 years ago. I’m in tears not because my husband is in pain and we don’t know what to do but because he went this morning first thing and they helped him. Thanks for serving our community with compassion 💜
It had been several years since I went to a dentist due to anxiety and a few bad experiences at other offices. Dr. Timothy Hill and his assistants made me so comfortable and his work is amazing. I had a cavity in my right lateral incisor. It had a filing in it previously, it had fallen out and the dentist who did it didn't do well at coloring it to match my other teeth, you could see the difference.
