I am thankful that the staff that work here have all been very polite and treated me with dignity and respect, from the front desk to the nurses and physicians. I have never felt like i was treated with any ill intent. That being said, I've struggled with receiving more effective care that doesn't simply address symptoms and instead looks at possible causes. It's been such a disappointing experience that has impacted my self esteem and quality of life.

My son had an appointment for a cleaning at 10:20a today when we arrived 10:10a to check in we were told we had to wait a few minutes because the lady was still checking in someone else ok so we sat and waited until 10:30a when I finally got up and got another woman’s attention telling her my son needed to be checked in for his appointment at 10:20a she informed us at that time that they took another patient because we weren’t checked in yet so they offered us another appointment at 12:20p we left I’ll find another dentist f... read more

The hygienists were wonderful and very kind with my 4-year-old, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the communication between staff and the dentist was extremely inconsistent and frustrating. At our initial visit, we were told my daughter needed three cavities filled and were scheduled to return the very next day for treatment. After waiting 45 minutes past our appointment time, the same dentist who saw her the day before told us she should instead be referred to a pediatric dentist.
