The worst at answering phones! Lazy good for nothing receptionists with nasty attitudes! ZERO stars.
New to the area and hadn’t set up dental care yet when I started experiencing intense tooth pain. I walked in hoping to be seen for an emergency visit and was informed it’s first come, first served — with scheduled patients having priority, which is totally fair. Even so, I didn’t wait long at all. I have pretty bad dental anxiety, which I shared with the hygienist right away. She was kind, patient, and took some X-rays before the doctor came in. Dr Gary has been my doctor for 8 years ! She does a Wonsan’s good job !
They leave a lot to be desired when it comes to patience care. Can’t even leave a voice mail. They couldn’t diagnose my crohns and didn’t listen when I said my stomach hurts. Coughing up blood with no after hours nurse to help. Please do better. I get it the holidays but as someone who’s worked every holiday. You should still have an after hours nurse.
They are wonderful. I have never felt so trusting of a medical facility like I do at this one It's almost unreal for in comparison I've had with other doctors. Very happy to be a patient here. Even had a tooth pulled out at their dental here. Healing perfectly and correctly thank you.
