No way to reach someone real when you call the office, even when you're trying to attend a telehealth appt. When the nurse calls she doesn't leave an extention to reach her at, so your only option is to leave a message on the nurses voicemail line. Frustrating when the office is already running late and you call 5 mins after appt time to try not to miss your appt, and they call as you're on the line and then they leavea voicemail but without means of reaching them back.
