The doctors and nurses here are very friendly and do good work, but this company has GOT to fix their ridiculous administrative system. You usually have to leave a voicemail during business hours because the desk staff isn’t answering the phone, and if you call specifically to leave a voicemail after business hours, the system just hangs up on you. And if you miss your callback, it all just starts over again, so good luck getting anything done if you can’t just go in person on a lark when you need something.
They never answer the phone!!!!! I've been waiting to speak with someone for 11 mins. Just to get a automatic voicemail saying leave a message and we'll return ur call within 24 hours. That's false advertisement because the company offers walkins. Absolutely ridiculous.
