The play grounds aren't very safe. The swing sets are missing most of the swings. They are usually covered in trash. All of the underfelt is tearing and needs replaced. There's holes that need filled in. The apartments are one ugly color. The ceiling, trim, and walls are all the same color. The paint is a heavy latex that bubbles and peel right off the walls. I brought many hazards to their attention on this property. The answer I received most commonly was "It's not in the budget." The play grounds are not in good condition at all.
