I brought many hazards to their attention on this property. The answer I received most commonly was "It's not in the budget." The play grounds are not in good condition at all. The swing sets are missing most of the swings. They are usually covered in trash. All of the underfelt is tearing and coming up. There's holes all over the place perfect for breaking ankles or tip hazards. The apartments are one hideous color. The ceiling, trim, and walls are all the same color.
