Great management , apartmens are spacious, playground for kids, basketball area. PLUS The management is easy to talk to, they just painted our privacy fences. Definitely check out Cherry Glen apartments.
Terrible location for apartments (right next to a large homeless camp) and the gate is broken half the time. People take your spot and management doesn't do anything about it. Way too over priced and they screw you over on the security deposit. Don't rent here
Not sure why the ratings are so low. Love it here. Clean. Quiet. Respectful. Gated. Responsive to maintenance requests.
The gate never works, they don't fix things when they say they are going to. Can't trust anything they say. They don't pick up the phone for emergency maintenance until you call 12 times. Homeless people all around. Dirty stairs. Worst place to live. 0/10
