The gate never works, they don't fix things when they say they are going to. Can't trust anything they say. They don't pick up the phone for emergency maintenance until you call 12 times. Homeless people all around. Dirty stairs. Worst place to live. 0/10
Horrible experience. Management is VERY unprofessional and rude. It's like walking on eggshells and being constantly watched by your every move. Parking is a nightmare if you want to have guests over. There’s like 5 guest spots in the whole complex. I had my sibling over and then we got a letter on our door a week later saying we were making “excessive noise” which all we did is sit on the couch the whole 2 hours they were here. The place appears very clean and well managed. Rebecca was very polite and helpful during our tour.
I have to find a place fast since my roommate of over 20 years decided she needed her own space. I have looked at a lot of junk places before meeting Rebecca at Cherry Glen Apartments. She was super friendly, and a wealth of knowledge and information. Because of her I have applied they diversified for an apartment. Thank you Rebecca
