NEVER take anything to this place! i took my xbox 360 there for them to fix it because it was not reading anything. they kept it for 2moths! i called about 4 times during thoes 2moths and everytime i call the said "its scheduled" to be repaired today (which was a lie) i finally got an email saying that it was repaired and that i can pick it up. when i got home to test it, it was not working. i took it back so i can get a refund, they guy wanted to "test it" to make sure that it was not working before i got my refund. i was w... read more
keep away from Cherry Fusion. They have the worst customer service and they take forever for repairs. They destroyed the back cover of my IPOD and the part they installed was used but they charged me for a new part. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!correction on rating - WORSE THAN AWFUL
Sounds like the people that have posted reviews on here and the yahoo locals site are the few that have had bad experiences. I am an electronics TA for a local school and understand how electronics work and know the things that can happen if your things arent taken care of. I dropped of my MacBook for a failed hard drive and they repaired it as quick as they could, given the time it takes Apple to send them replacement parts. I was very impressed with their turnaround time on repairs. They are courteous as well. Also came back with a gaming system repair, they are the only ones that I know of who do that here in El Paso. I also learned that they are Apple certified as well. You get more personalized service here than at the bigger electronics stores. Its a place where they know you by name.
