i would like to thank all of you that have posted reviews. i was considering taking my xbox 360 to cherry fusion for repairs but thanks to the word of the masses i will now be taking my business else where. from what i have been reading the person doing the replies has more excuses then answers. im half expecting a snarky comment back for grammer. i have noticed that for every review there is some sort of excuse as to why EVERYONE HATES THIS PLACE. what i cant figure out is, if this guy has time to mess around with silly rev... read more

My initial impression was not stellar when I talked with at customer service representative whom explained to me the process to me with the possibility that I might get my iPhone returned to me with a broken screen. Aside from the general attitude of the service rep as if I was inconveniencing him, the prospect of having my iPhone dropped off to be damaged seemed counter productive. They have the worst costumer service. They just want to charge you for whatever absourd reason they can. They charged me 45 dollars just to touch my computer. They didnt even do anything to it. I can not believe how is it that Mac send their costumers with those thiefs. Nonetheless, they are slow, incompetent and dont know how to fix things.
***Warning*** Do not take your Aplle products to this company. There is only 1 person who is Apple ceritifed but he doesnt even work on the computers, he works in the office doing Business Developement. There is only 1 Tec working there and he has zero experience, he barely graduated from school. I am letting everyone know as I use to deal with this company. If you still want to take your Apple equipment, ask to speak with the Tec and to see his Apple certification. As you will see he has none. Thsi company is a scam!
NEVER take anything to this place! i took my xbox 360 there for them to fix it because it was not reading anything. they kept it for 2moths! i called about 4 times during thoes 2moths and everytime i call the said "its scheduled" to be repaired today (which was a lie) i finally got an email saying that it was repaired and that i can pick it up. when i got home to test it, it was not working. i took it back so i can get a refund, they guy wanted to "test it" to make sure that it was not working before i got my refund. i was w... read more
