This is truly laughable that the office runs so unprofessionally and inefficiently. I have called 4 times over the last three weeks to try to get information on the healthy start program for my son. They continuously said they would call back and no one called. Even when I mentioned that I was supposed to get a call back, the receptionist promised a call back that day and DID NOT. Very friendly, helpful, and detailed with my checkup. We are almost done with the Invisalign and I could not be more thrilled with the results.
I’ve gone to this office for many years. I’m not always an ideal patient, but the team always makes feel welcome and helps me find ways to improve my dental hygiene. They are always on time, efficient, and SO kind. I get to select the music I want to hear during my cleaning, and they even offer Invisalign!
