One of their realtors, Jackie Rundell was involved in a transaction with us where I watched her lose thousands of dollars for her clients. She is very prideful and acts in her own self interest and does not care about the welfare of her clients.Do yourself a favor and do not do business with her.
Amanda George- Wheaton and her husband David Wheaton are a DREAM to work with. They were so helpful, professional, and so smart. They are both lawyers and their vast knowledge of the market and the legal aspect of things is apparent within minutes of meeting them. Over the last 3 months while we were looking, while under contract, and finally at closing they have been so helpful and approachable. I cannot recommend them enough!! We've already given their info to several of our friends!

We leased a condo through Cherry Creek Properties for 2 years 9 months. Loved the online billing, payment and maintenance system. Only needed maintenance requests 3 times but response was always quick even in the evening. Very fair and timely handling of deposit accounting at the end of lease.
