I was having issues with bruxism and migraines from the jaw pain. Mary was great! She gave me exercises to do and was very helpful in showing you how to do them. Takes some persistence and you have to follow through on the exercises but it works. My jaw pain is gone and so is the bruxism. Very happy with the results!
