Dr. Ament and his team were excellent! I highly recommend this place. I was involved in a car accident not at fault and experienced a traumatic brain injury. Dr. Ament referred me to physical therapy and vision therapy. He helped me with my pain and fully understood what I felt and how to find the right treatment for me. If you live in Colorado Springs as I do, he has an office there he goes to on certain days. So you can see him in Denver or the Springs very convenient. After a horrible experience at another office, the experience here has been phenomenal! Sam, a case manager, reached out prior to my scheduled appointment to address my concerns. I quickly got the impression this office really has their act together. Dr. Ament was pleasant, and understanding. He also tolerated my bad jokes well. He quickly surmised what was going on and came up with a battle plan for helping out. Everyone is very pleasant and very hospitable. Highly recommend!
Ex-patient & RN – Mar 01, 2024 There are much better options Dr Ament is an egotistical neurologist that “only accepts cash.” Does not have the best interest of his patients but instead lining his own pockets and promoting all of his “buddy MDs” with referrals. My college-age daughter is and has been suffering debilitating cluster headaches. This past week has been excruciating and she missed over a week of classes. I called multiple times from Chicago and could never get a call back. Finally I scheduled an appointment for 4 days later. I flew into Denver and brought my daughter to the appointment. Dr. Ament and his team are fantastic. I saw them after a car accident and it was a real blessing to get my challenges addressed from multiple angles. Dr. Ament took time to listen to my concerns each time I saw him, and come up with effective treatment plans. I visited his team at both of his locations, one in Denver, one in Colorado Springs.
